Investigative journalist in Asia

View my portfolio

With a background in international journalism, I produce factual content and provide consultancy for due diligence checks.

Operating across Asia over two decades, I've leveraged on the digital transformation of the media industry to enhance my work.

My investigative documentaries have uncovered high-level corruption, human rights abuses and other non-traditional security threats.

I've collaborated with multi-cultural teams in disaster zones and hostile environments. Fellow professionals trust my leadership and work ethics.

Our projects have landed more than 20 journalism awards and nominations. They shed light on under-reported issues, assist law enforcement and contribute to informed decisions.

The scope of work has led to a range of professional consultancy engagements in various sectors.

But the most important skills in journalism still apply - to listen, discern and contextualise.

In an age of relentless news feeds, I strive to accurately process information, create compelling narratives and seed positive change.

I'm currently passionate about investigating online misinformation using a mix of web tools and good ol' shoe-leather journalism.

Outside work, the great outdoors refresh me. I love food, hate wastage and enjoy watching Liverpool FC even if they snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
