Lawrence is an Educator, Facilitator and Trainer with a flair for bridging difficult concepts to the masses. He specializes in Personal Effectiveness, Interview Skills, Innovation Management, Story Telling Presentation and Team Building. His ability to converse and train in English and Mandarin gives him an edge over the other trainers in the local market.
Lawrence has trained for the following organizations: AIA, Manulife, Genesis Pure, CapitaMalls Asia, Raffles City, Schneider Electric, Tetra Pak, MediaCorp, Global Foundries, Caterpillar, Singapore Technologies, Singapore Armed Forces, APM Terminals, PropNex and many others. He graduated in the top 10% of his cohort of a total of 303 trainees from over 125 countries worldwide in A.P. Moller-Maersk A/S Group headquartered in Denmark. He has also worked with higher management in regional headquarters in functions like Sales, Operations and Procurement.
Lawrence is a passionate, enthusiastic and confident facilitator. He brings an infectious energy and warmth to trainings. His dynamic approach in his training methodology with the use of real-life case studies, experiential activities and simplified theories enables the participants to understand and apply the techniques in their daily life without any difficulty.
Lawrence is also personally certified by Industrial Organisation Psychologist Thomas Hedegaard Rasmussen, Ph.D. in Denmark in 2007 to be at the 99.7th percentile Intelligence Quotient. He has also been interviewed and featured on the cover of MaritimeONE Magazine in 2007 and MyPaper in 2008.
Having facilitated workshops in Singapore, China, Malaysia, Japan, India, Indonesia, Thailand and Denmark over the last 9 years, Lawrence is determined to continue his journey of empowering people from all walks of life as an inspiring facilitator.
