I spent ten years employed in-house at Dacra Development, led by Craig Robins, one of Miami’s most influential real estate visionaries. During that period, Dacra began shaping what would become the Miami Design District.

After forming Chariff Realty Group, Dacra became my largest client on day one. During its strategic alignment with LVMH, the global luxury conglomerate behind brands such as Louis Vuitton and Dior, and its affiliated investment platform L Catterton, one of the world’s largest consumer-focused private equity firms, my firm was retained to lead the confidential brokerage-side assemblage of the core real estate holdings that formed the bulk of the ownership that defines today’s Miami Design District.

I led negotiations directly, acquiring property owners one by one in a discreet, carefully sequenced process executed years before any public roadmap existed. The assemblage was rare at this scale in Miami and helped establish a district now recognized globally as a premier luxury retail and cultural destination.

Earlier in my career, I managed and leased major commercial portfolios in South Beach and along Lincoln Road during a transformative era for both corridors.

Today, Chariff Realty Group represents national and emerging retailers, restaurant and hospitality groups, creative brands, professional service firms, family offices, and private owners across high-visibility street retail and mixed-use assets.
