As a magna cum laude English and French major at Bates College, I never expected to find myself managing global technology projects. But I fell in love with technology and its ability to transform the world while editing articles teaching SAP software. I sought a deeper connection to customers, so I founded a research department to study user needs and deliver compelling new products and service offerings to SAP and IBM customers. Next I joined SAP Sourcing, where I created business process innovations to reduce patch delivery time from 6 weeks to same day. I joined EMC while completing my high tech MBA at Northeastern University, where I recently graduated with honors. While at EMC, I managed program metrics, teams, and developers, first for flash technology software and hardware products like XtremIO, and later in sales enablement and marketing for end-user computing and file solutions. At Microsoft, I created machine learning products to crowdsource compelling data science problems. My passion is using design thinking to delight my target audience.
