Charlene has over twenty years' experience in the human resource management field. She also served ten years as a director of the Employers Consultative Association of Trinidad and Tobago and was the country's employer delegate at numerous local, regional and international conferences.
Charlene believes in giving back, "when we give back, we give hope". She volunteers with the Society of St. Vincent De Paul and is the President of the Association of Female Executives of Trinidad and Tobago and also serves as a mentor.
