Charles is an independent, professional Education, Training and Development Practitioner, specializing in management and leadership training, with over 14 years experience in talent development. He was a contract lecturer at the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT), in Business Management and Human Resources Management/Development, for over 11 years. He has also facilitated for the North West University School of Business Management; University of Pretoria Continuing Education, Southern Business School; TUT Business School and Ibadan Business School.

Since 2004 he has offered training programmes and management consultation services in a vast array of fields ranging from general management, leadership development, human resources management, business communication to project management for companies in the automotive; pharmaceutical; tyre manufacturing; mining; public service; governmental agencies; parastatal; sugar production; telecommunications; FET; medical education; fleet management; the African Union; NGO; gaming; local government and Broadcast/electronic media industries. Charles has also offered public training programmes for companies including MarcusEvans; IQPC; ExecuPrime; RantsaneMario Training Solutions; Intelligent Africa; Joshua West; Precision Human Resources Consultants; HighPro Skills; Supreme Management Consultants; Premier Conferencing and Dream Finders Training Projects.

Charles has a Master of Business Administration degree (cum laude), a B.A Honours degree (cum laude) in Human Resources Development and a B.A degree (Communication). He is currently a registered Ph.D candidate.

He was professionally registered as a Chartered HR Practitioner, Learning and Development specialist, at the South African Board of People Practice (SABPP). Charles is an Affiliate member and current Vice President of the Southern Africa Professional Trainers Association (SAPTA).

He is a registered constituent assessor with the SERVICES SETA in generic management/business practice. He is also an external marker (post graduate level) for UNISA (BMR; HRM and HRD).

Charles is a published feature article writer in prominent HR publications like HR Future, People Dynamics, Career Success and a number of specialized, on-line publications. He is also a noted public speaker at national and continental conferences and widely regarded as a subject matter expert in the field of human capital metrics and management.
