Attorney Charles B. Pekor of the Atlanta-based firm, Pekor & Associates, has a win rate greater than 95 percent in the more than 150 civil and criminal jury trials in which he has served as solo or lead counsel. Having earned a Juris Doctor from the Mercer University School of Law, he worked as a trial lawyer with the U.S. Department of Justice and the Office of the United States Attorney. Charles B. Charles B. Pekor worked as a Department of Justice trial attorney in Washington, D.C., and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and First Assistant U.S. Attorney with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Georgia. He went on to serve as an Acting U.S. Attorney and as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. The Attorney General of the United States appointed Mr. Pekor to this latter role, and in it he prosecuted a case of white-collar government and financial fraud involving millions of dollars. Presently in private practice, Mr. Pekor and his team of trial lawyers handle civil litigation cases and disputes involving personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, consumer rights, and other matters.

In the course of his career, Charles B. Pekor has been strongly committed to developing his skills through further education. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Georgia State University, and a Master of Laws from the Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Pekor also graduated from a three-week program at the Trial Lawyers College. This is a highly selective school run by Gerry Spence, who is considered one of the top trial lawyers in the country.
