Charles Starrett

Charles Starrett, MA, MM, is a Co-founder at SoulCo LLC, a professional education firm for leadership excellence and sustainable well-being, and a lecturer in organizational communication at Northeastern University. While in graduate school, Charles discovered his passion: teaching practical skills that empower people to bring out the best in themselves to serve the highest common good. Drawing on his background in coaching artists and performers, and his scholarship in cultural anthropology, Charles comes alive in helping leaders and their teams develop social and emotional skills to excel in communication, innovation, and collaboration. He is currently a teacher-in-training with Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute for certification in 2020, and is a graduate of Harvard University and New England Conservatory of Music.
