This photo captures a scene in Rangoon, Burma, otherwise known as Yangon, Myanmar. The movement in the photo caught my eye as the woman with 'tanaka' on her face feeds the pigeons. It is now the cover of my recent book titled, Burma Bikes: a journey within.

Lead by example and live your life with purpose and passion whether it be growing the perfect tomato in your garden, navigating your local trails, or traveling the world. Travel is the means and photography is the way to reach an understanding of local people and cultures and can allow others that are not as fortunate to see those cultures, those worlds from your own unique view.

A passionate urban gardener and seed saver wants to connect with you to help save our biodiversity and ultimately life as we know it. Join me. . .
