Charlie Lofthouse

Hey, I’m Charlie and I look after campaigns for Reward Gateway. We provide employee engagement technology to the world’s leading companies. Over 1,100 clients including American Express, Groupon, Yahoo!, IBM and McDonald’s use the company’s products to attract, engage and retain the best employees. The company’s products power employee communications, employee recognition, and employee benefits through a single employer-branded hub called SmartHub®.

My responsibilities here include end to end campaign management across on and offline platforms, event management, analytics, strategy development and implementation. I also oversee our social media and video production teams which I love as it gives me a chance to get really creative!

A positive company culture is really important to me and that’s why I chose to work for RG. Working alongside 275 colleagues who are like-minded, ambitious and passionate about what they do makes coming to work a dream!

Outside of work I’m a bit of a social butterfly. I enjoy eating out with my boyfriend, socialising with friends and family, and I try to travel as much as possible. I read a lot of lifestyle blogs, have a passion for fashion and am partial to a cocktail or two! Sundays are mostly spent going on walks in the countryside with my adorable Staffy, Star or browsing Pinterest for wedding, interior design or birthday party inspiration!
