Cabaret & Cupcakes, with pianist Matthew Carey, is a programme creating an awareness in juniors for a variety of musical styles. Featuring Adelaide youth, this venture lines up with Charmaine's passion is to create opportunities within SA for music and musicians of any age. Hence the development of 2015's new choir, The Jones Commentary - an educational offshoot of Gospo Enterprises, (an entertainment company owned by Charmaine and business partner Ben Gillard) - encouraging anyone who enjoys singing the ability to learn and gain professional performance opportunities.

Taking on ethos from student & mentor, Australian chef Maggie Beer, Charmaine sees age as no barrier to achieve goals, grow new skills, build relationships and community stability, through music and create a generation of people that stand confidant in their expression of this art form.
