Chart Westcott

As general counsel for Westcott LLC, Chart Westcott provides legal guidance to the venture capital and real estate holding company and its subsidiaries. In addition, Chart Westcott holds a chairman position with the Westcott Foundation, which provides college scholarships to disadvantaged students.

In the political arena, Chart Westcott is the founder of the Conservative Values Coalition Political Action Committee (CVC-PAC), which aims to educate the public about conservative thinking and promote the election of conservative Republicans into the Texas legislature. Mr. Westcott founded the group in February 2012. Currently, CVC-PAC raises money for potential candidates, provides endorsements, and actively campaigns for candidates. Its ultimate goal is to ensure that Texas maintains the strongest economy in the nation.

After receiving his B.A. in history from Vanderbilt University, Chart Westcott earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. While attending law school, he was a member of the Federalist Society, the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, and the Dallas World Affairs Council.
