I am a board-certified orthodontist and healthcare consultant based in the City of Angels. I completed my specialty training at UCLA where I was also a postdoctoral researcher in regenerative bone biology. Before that I studied molecular biology and public health at Harvard College.

Prior to designing smiles, I worked in the great halls of London's Natural History Museum, served food and fun at the most popular Grille in Cambridge, Massachusetts, taught hip-hop dance in Taiwan, and may have walked a runway or two.

Others know me as a classical violinist, former swimmer, and expert on all things food.
