Currently working on opening a new tea lounge named Demetre Lounge, Chet is a graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School in his hometown of Council Bluffs. He is a manager in retail, and a film camera hobbiest. Usually seen at a French cafe in downtown Omaha, he is always available for a chat.

Demetre Lounge is a new type of cafe opening in Council Bluffs. With a primary focus on tea and tea goods, the Lounge hopes to keep a possitive influence on the downtown Council Bluffs strip with a substantial amount of profits going back to help student groups in the local school system. Hoping to inspire young minds to perform, paint and play, Demetre Lounge offers a large quiet space for practicing, performing, and a safe night life for the teenage crowd who otherwise have no where else to go.
