Chris Broshears

Indianapolis IN

Chris Broshears has spent his entire 18-year career in the software industry in Indianapolis. After graduating from Butler University—where earned a 4.0 GPA and was named the outstanding Computer Science student in his graduating class—he took a job at Software Artistry, where he worked initially in Technical Support. When the company was sold to IBM, Chris was given the opportunity to manage a team at the young age of 25, and to participate in the award-winning "Basic Blue" management training at IBM headquarters in Armonk, NY.

That led to a five-year tenure at T2 Systems, where he led the Web Development team, creating custom e-commerce applications for clients in the parking industry. Then, as Director of Product Development at Delivra, he transformed the email marketing company from a reseller of third-party software into an independent SaaS software company.

In his current role as VP of Product Development for Digonex Technologies, Chris is responsible for the development and delivery of the company's dynamic pricing solutions, leading the software development team as well as leading projects to improve company-wide systems and processes.

Chris married his high school sweetheart, Betty, and together they have two children. They reside in Greenwood, Indiana, where they are members of Mount Pleasant Christian Church, and are active in their homeschooling co-operative, Greenwood Home Educators. In 2014, they joined the volunteer staff of the Indiana Association of Home Educators as Regional Representatives serving Johnson, Marion, and Morgan counties.
