I run Restless Communications. I have over 20 years' experience spanning consumer and corporate communications, both in-house and running multi-million pound agency accounts.

I've been fascinated by technology since I started programming my ZX81, and leaped into blogging while travelling in 2000/2001.

After several years leading integrated communications clients within Fishburn Hedges, I set up the agency's digital and social media teams, before setting up Brew, and helping to shape 77 Social.

Over the last few years I've been helping clients dovetail their digital, traditional and customer service communications, particularly helping international businesses prepare for, and then deal with, social/traditional media crises, and training staff in social media best practice.

I launched Restless Communications as a social business agency in 2011 to help clients adapt to new social technologies now available. I speak regularly at industry events and on Sky News, and shout regularly at Arsenal.
