I’m a Communications Manager in the NHS. It's my mission to reduce the amount of money that is spent on websites and digital applications, to provide the best value for money, freeing up budget for frontline services.
That's not all though. There's social media too. Social media is fast becoming our busiest place for enquiries, so I spent a decent chunk of my time not only working out a strategy for how we use social, but getting stuck in and responding to people - giving them the assistance they need.
