Chris Harrington

Chris joined Belk as the Digital Team Lead, eCommerce. Backed by 16 years of experience in growing brands through digital channels, he builds emerging media teams covering search, display, email, eCommerce, mobile, and social. Outside of the office, he has presented at conferences about his successes in digital media and mass collaboration. He has garnered public recognition across new and traditional media channels including interviews with CNN, TV Guide, USA Today, Wired, CNET, and the New York Post.

His breadth of digital campaign experience includes working with cross -functional teams to deliver digital assets including desktop and mobile responsive sites, online tools, inbound and outbound creative, paid search, and multi-channel campaigns. Post launch deliverables include campaign analytics, asset optimization, reporting, site traffic, and customer retention and segmentation reports.

Prior to Belk he was the Digital Marketing Manager, Business Credit for Wells Fargo where he developed online customer acquisition strategies and managed multi-channel campaigns.

As Manager of Digital and eCommerce at Rubbermaid, Chris partnered with external agencies, vendors, brand teams, IT, and customer support to develop and execute digital campaigns while growing ecommerce sales. He developed KPIs, reporting dashboards, and reported metrics to brand leadership. He also managed the ecommerce team, focusing his efforts on improving the customer experience and increasing sales for Rubbermaid consumer products.

Preceding this, Chris served for nearly ten years as the Technology Director for a leading full service agency where he oversaw the digital team as the senior lead. Responsibilities included digital strategy for the execution of inbound and outbound client campaigns with a focus on search, paid display, mobile, mass collaboration, social activation, and email.
