Mr. Chris Jones is the Director for IT Services at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. In this role, he serves as a member of the Information Technology leadership team and is responsible for strategic planning, IT service strategy and design, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) analysis and application, and the IT Service Desk. Mr. Jones represents IT customer experience teams from all University of Oklahoma campuses in the university-wide shared services development initiative, and is actively involved in leading service planning, design and management, as well as overall IT Shared Services strategy.
