Dr. Christopher Longhurst is a board-certified hospitalist at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital and a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the Stanford University School of Medicine. Chris also has a graduate degree in medical informatics and holds an administrative appointment as the Chief Medical Information Officer at Packard Children’s. In this role he has helped lead the hospital’s transition to electronic medical records and developed that system as a diverse tool to enhance patient safety, efficiency, and quality of care.
