Starting up technology ventures, angel investing or turning around software companies as a Managing Partner at Cairn Venture Partners, LLC. Brain dumping into my VC Deal Lawyer blog all of the knowledge I've gathered over the past 17 years working with investors and angel- and venture-backed companies.

When I am not working or spending time with my family, you can catch me trail running, mountain or road biking, backcountry skiing or simply trying to break the stereotype that lawyers have no personality, are risk averse and live in a world of "no".
