I'm was an Insight Data Science Fellow, and currently I'm a data scientist at Edmodo. I also dabble in Android development via Broccoli Cauliflower Games. I like to make things, organize information, and use technology to make things happen.

I think genomes are fascinating. When I was a Scientist with a capital S, I studied how genomic information is indexed to regulate gene expression and chromosome structure. I did my PhD in Jason Lieb's lab at UNC Chapel Hill, and did a postdoc in Abby Dernburg's lab at UC Berkeley.
