My day to day is often quite unpredictable, client driven and spontaneous. I’m an event designer and planner; it’s amazing to be part of experiential happenings that are original, creative, and unforgettable.

I’m often found wandering the trails on horseback, cooking for friends and family, foraging for nettles and mushrooms, hunting for the perfect local ingredients, or creating excuses for a gathering of like minded people to celebrate.

Community is very important to me, I’ve volunteered and supported a few specific groups over the last decade. Second Harvest and Slow Food are both close to my heart and plate, I’m an advocate for food security, culinary knowledge, farm to fork focus, and pleasure at the table. “Hunger: One of the few cravings that cannot be appeased with another solution.” Irwin Van Grove

I'm most inspired by events that leave lasting memories through food, design & authenticity.
