Christopher Adalikwu

Christopher Adalikwu serves as Dean of the College of Business at Catholic University, where he is also a Professor of Management, specializing in organizational behavior management, human resources management, and international business. Christopher Adalikwu also served as Dean of the College of Business at Columbia Southern University. In this position, he was involved with recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating coordinators, faculty and course writers, as well as establishing and maintaining an Advisory Board. Prior to his work at Columbia Southern University, Adalikwu was employed as a Professor at both Concordia College, in the Division of Business and Computer Information, and at Martin Methodist College, where he taught a variety of management courses.

In all of these collegiate positions, Christopher Adalikwu has worked closely with his students, counseling and advising them in various academic matters. Christopher Adalikwu has been recognized for his academic excellence with a Teacher of the Year Award, a Community Enrichment Award, and a Best Faculty Award. From 1995 to 2011, he was honored by Who's Who in America Higher Education. He is a member of a number of academic organizations, including the American Management Association, the Association of MBA Executives, the International Association for Higher Education Administrators, and the Southern Association of Business Schools Leaders and Scholars.

Christopher Adalikwu earned his PhD in Management from Walden University in 1995. He also attended Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi, where he received his Master of Business Administration, and the University of Northern Iowa, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts. In his spare time, Adalikwu enjoys a variety of intellectual pursuits, sports, music, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
