I am a student seeking a career in Marketing, focused on PR and Advertising. I am an effective and efficient leader, as well as an excellent facilitator for team building and leadership. I enjoy learning new skills and willingly offer my time and talents in volunteer activities to better the community. At Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College, I held leadership positions as Enactus President, Phi Theta Kappa President, and Student Advisory Board VP. I was inducted into the SC All-State Team in March of 2012 and participated in both Dale Carnegie Team Building and PTK Leadership training. I was also involved in volunteer opportunities with the Elloree Heritage Museum and Connie Maxwell Children’s Home, Brookland Campus. Here at Winthrop, I am affiliated with both Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity and Omicron Delta Kappa, have served as Roddey Hall Council VP, an Events Committee member of the Gentlemen’s League, and am a member of both the American Marketing Association and SOAR. I am semi-fluent in German, having spent my junior year of HS as a Rotary Exchange Student in Germany, and am looking to utilize the language upon graduation.
