Chris Hines is one of the leading fitness experts in the Uk. He has been a personal trainer for 20 years and has gained many fitness qualifications in the health and fitness industry. He studied for his degree at Loughborough University and graduated with Honours in 1996.

His career began in New Zealand working for the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) helping patients overcome industrial accidents. He returned to New Zealand in 1998 and set up his own client based in the prestigious Les Mills Worls of Fitness in Auckland, one of the leading Personal Training facilities in the world.

Returning to England in 2002 Chris began working for David Lloyd Leisure at their flagship health club in Kensington, West London. After a two year stint in West London Chris moved across to the East side of the City and set up in the Square Mile financial district where he has been based to this day.

He still works with leading CEO's and senior professionals in the small bespoke gym he calls home near Liverpool Street Station. During the past 10 years Chris has worked with Blackheath Rugby Club and the producers of the best selling Yogalates DVD amongst others.

He also launched Peak XV Fitness in 2012 with his brother, Steve, and they provide outdoor fitness boot camps in both London and Berkshire. Peak XV Fitness also has an establisehed website and blog which highlights the brother's expertise in health and fitness.
