Cindy Allen

Cindy Allen is a full-time Realtor with Keller Williams in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Cindy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from LSU’s college of design in 2000. She developed a sharp eye for detail and esthetics through her design school training and today she employs these skills in the marketing, advertising and staging phases of real estate sales. ”I get a lot of satisfaction from being able to use some of the techniques and theories I’ve learned in my work. Being able to bring out the best in a property is definitely beneficial to the client. And it’s also a lot of fun for me! Realizing the critical role that technology will play as we move further into the information age, Cindy has made a commitment to continuing education. Each year, she logs hours of CE that greatly exceed the minimum required by the Board of Realtors. She works diligently to stay abreast of the latest developments in internet-based advertising, searching and communication. Cindy recently completed her designation as an Internet Marketing Specialist, IMSD. She also holds ePro and GREEN (NAR designations) “Modern practitioners need to be fluent with all the current methods being developed. The technology moves quickly and is changing the face of the real estate industry. Realtors who embrace the information age are going to be more competent. It’s just that simple.” For leisure, Cindy enjoys spending time with family and working in her art studio. She is also active with It's a Grey Area and Greyhound Pets of America, organizations that work to find homes for retired racing Greyhounds.
