Ok...to answer the question, "What the hell is a Sourcer?" This simply means I reach out to Software Engineers that aren’t actively looking for new roles.
I am also a bit of a fanatic about my kids and their activities. Hopefully, nothing too over the top that would put me in the "Stage Mom" category.
