I'm the co-founder of Women LEAD, the first and only leadership development organization for young women in Kathmandu, Nepal. Women LEAD has empowered more than 200 young women to become leaders in their schools and communities.
Women LEAD was founded in 2010 when I was a junior at Georgetown University. Women LEAD was selected as Women Deliver's Top 50 Solutions Delivering for Women and Girls in 2012.
