Customer Care Manager at PredPol
I'm a 28 year old woman living in the San Francisco Bay area.
During the day, I work as the Customer Care Manager at a SaaS startup called PredPol. My role is to onboard customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide excellent customer service. You can see more about my professional life on LinkedIn.
When I'm not working, I volunteer for San Francisco Dyke March. I am the Treasurer and Chair of the Organizing Committee and last year headed up Security and Events (for fundraising). This year will be our 20th, and I'm looking forward to be a part of this momentous occasion in our community's rich history. I also worked on the New York Dyke March from 2008-2010. I served on the committee and marshalled for two years - in 2010 I was the Head East Side Marshall.
