I turned freelance in 2011 after working at Shiny Red - the Red Consultancy's digital and social media arm. I have worked for PR, creative and advertising agencies, publications and in-house with brands and specialise in food and drink, travel, not-for-profit and general consumer.

Outside of work, interests include writing about food at Slightly Peckish, literature, comedy, dance, language, photography, philosophy, travel and yoga.
