Originally from south Texas, Claire came up north with her family, raised two girls in Evanston then found her way into real estate. Claire's easy charm and professional focus brought immediate success and she became the number one selling agent every year at Coldwell Banker Central Street since 1985. Claire has been blessed with being able to serve hundreds of clients successfully since then. In 2009, Claire created The Claire Sucsy Group to better serve her clients
Some of Claire's loves are sports (especially Longhorn football and NU basketball), nature and gardening, theatre, music and a wide variety of personal growth workshops. She especially enjoys 'giving back' to the communities she serves through not-for-profit organizations such as the Evanston Community Foundation, Evanston Symphony and Chicago Symphony with special emphasis on children’s interest in music.
