CLAY KEITH

Clay Keith Filmmaker based in Nola. Clay majored in Film at The University of Alabama. While pursuing his studies in Film, Art and Hstory, He was a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon and was active in the local music scene and bartender.

As a student, Clay Keith chose to travel abroad and study in Europe. He traveled throughout Europe, N. Africa, and the Americas.

Clay Keith returned to the South after Europe and served the Alabama Moving Image Association, Inc. Keith and the Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival in a Marketing and PR role. Clay Keith’s film projects led him to Remy Productions. He served as Producer and VP of Development. Keith was responsible for all production and markting.

At Clear Channel Entertainment, Keith served as Marketing and Sponsorship Coord. for the Oak Mtn Amphitheatre. Clay Keith served as Pres. of the the Assoc. of Independent Video & Filmmakers.

In 2001, Clay Keith was selected to serve as an Honorary Ambassador to the Cannes Film Festival.

Clay also worked at the Amphitheatre at the Wharf. He directed and produced IMAG production services for the 10,000 seat amphitheatre for artists Widespread Panic, ZZ Top, Kid Rock, Hank Williams Jr., Willie Nelson, B.B. King, etc.

Clay Keith currently serves as a Producer and Director for live concert film and documentaries. He guides a film through Pre-production, Principle Photography, Post Production, Marketing, Licensing and Distribution and works directly with the artist to bring their vision to the screen.

Clay Keith was a Producer and/or Director for 15 concert films in 5 markets in 2011. He opened 2012 by Directing 6 acoustic concert films in Atlanta and Denver.
