At LUXr (www.luxr.co) she's democratizing startup knowhow for love and profit. Through Luxr, she has coached, taught, and interviewed thousands of entrepreneurs in startup communities across the United States and around the world.

Janice has been a guest lecturer at universities like Haas, Stanford, and Kellogg. Prior to starting LUXr, Janice was a founding partner of Adaptive Path and served as the company's first CEO.
