Clive lives on the island of Culebra in the Caribbean. He was an international banking executive at JP Morgan Chase for 20 years in Milan, London and Manhattan before before founding his first venture, B. Atkins & Co Distinctive Ice Creams, a marketer and distributor of the highest quality artisan made ice creams to top restaurants, hotels, country clubs and high end retailers. The brand Palazzolo's Artisan Ice Creams has grown to be a major force in this segment with sales growth of 20x and still counting. Following the sale of his company, Clive was a Co-Founder, Board Member and Chief Financial Officer at Magnetecs Corporation , a designer and manufacturer of a robotic catheter guidance control and imaging system for minimally invasive medical procedures. He was a Co-Founder, EVP Business Development, and Financial & Strategic Business Advisor of an Open Ocean Aquaculture company, Open Blue, a cobia fish farm in Panama. This company is now the largest sustainable fish farming company in the world, exporting its fish far and wide. By using innovative aqua pod and sea station technology, Open Blue has moved fish farming to the open sea, selling large quantities of sushi grade fish without further depletion of the ocean's sea life. This is an environmentally responsible answer to the global overfishing crisis and also a viable and sustainable way to meet the growing demand for high quality and healthy fish.

Clive was an Adjunct Professor at Stony Brook University College of Business, and a Clinical Professor at Loyola Marymount University, teaching Entrepreneurship, Finance and International Business. He continues to provide advisory services to selected young companies solving economic and social problems.
