Clorisa Simpson

Clorisa Simpson has worked in radio hosting the morning show on a global roots music station and as the community cruiser at a modern rock station. Her most recent work has been with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Victoria B.C. as their Marketing and Communication Associate.
Some of Simpson’s proudest work has been writing for The Nexus Newspaper and Monday Magazine. It has been through these venues that she has had the opportunity to interview musicians like Band of Skulls, Mother Mother, AWOLNATION, Kitty (Pryde), and The Pack A.D.
She has lent her communication expertise to TedxVictoria, The Victoria Tea Festival, The Victoria Film Festival, West Coast Ink Magazine and Transition Salt Spring.
Simpson is also apart of the Girls Rock Camp Victoria committee, working with a group of women and men who are passionate about music and the potential it has to create a positive influence in young girls lives.
Simpson earned a diploma in Applied Communication from Camosun College in 2012 and is presently attending Royal Roads University for her Bachelors in Professional Communication.
