Angel Investor and Founder/Serial Entrepreneur.

I'm an avid athlete and wakesurfer who loves to defy the norm. A first generation child of Greek immigrants, and the product of success from many triumphs and failures. I launched several successful technology and internet ventures, taking them from concept to market viability.

I'm currently founder and Principal of eStreet Asset Management, Inc., a boutique early stage venture incubator in San Diego that launches game changing concepts and ideas that bear fruit for investors and stakeholders. Several start ups are simmering on the stove and expected to boil (launch) 2015.

I co-founded Spend Smart Payments Company, Inc. (SPPC.OB) (formerly BillMyParents, Inc) a publicly traded company that reached a market cap of $120 million during my tenure as EVP of Business Development. I served on the company's Board of Directors from inception to August 2011. Spend Smart Payments Company, Inc. is the nation's leading online-debit card platform that automates purchase requests and transactions between tween/teens and parents, and enables parents and young people to collaborate toward the goal of responsible spending. I mapped and executed the company’s strategy for sales distribution, strategic partnerships, and developed the company’s key alliances including the largest online ad network, the largest social network payment aggregator, and payments processor.

I also co-founded and led strategic and channel development initiatives for two venture backed consumer product companies, one that developed entertainment branded third-party gift card programs, and the other that introduced the first patent pending multi-media gift card. I spearheaded all efforts that led to a four year exclusive agreement with Fremantle Media to operate the American Idol gift card program in North America, and formed partnerships with leading gift card suppliers, account clearing houses, and gift card aggregators that led to distribution of our products through 30,000 high profile retail grocery and drug chains.
