During my coaching journey that lasts more than ten years I was challenged to work with different levels of football players and teams. It was a privilege to work with elite young players but my passion and professional approach was no different in other environments . Each of my coaching jobs in Serbia or China combined with constant education in university studies and UEFA coaching courses helped me to build my career the right way. The ability to adapt and the quality of assessment is very important in my thinking when facing a particular challenge in football. I always differentiate between two priorities in football, competition and development. The competition is more about senior players and teams while development is about youth players. Football is a game, the goal of every game is to win but to find a good balance, especially when working with youth players is an essential need in their development. When I am in senior competition there is no doubt - find a way to score a goal, defend your own goal and react properly in the transition moments of the game. Analyzing modern football, I concluded that my team must build own style based on our qualities and disadvantages and also be ready to adapt in order to achieve a remarkable result.
