Arun Sharma

I'm a Los Angeles based Personal Trainer.

I graduated from college at 19 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and pursued a career in research thereafter. I worked as a senior research associate at UCLA and eventually as a project manager for Yale before realizing that I need to be doing more with my life than simply working in a cubicle or sitting at some desk behind a computer. So I began to expand upon my horizons to include the health & fitness industry, and I haven’t looked back since.

I've been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since I was 16, and began teaching at Robot Fight & Fitness in January of 2012. After instructing a variety of group fitness classes for almost 2 years, I started my career as a personal trainer in October of 2013 with Equinox . My personal goal has always been to be the best version of myself I can be: physically, mentally, socially and so on.

When I’m not teaching or training, I enjoy indulging in the simpler things in life; mainly donuts (on occasion), wrestling with my dog “Butters”, listening to good folk music, dancing with my friends or spending time with my family. Currently, I train clients out of a Strength & Conditioning Facility in Pasadena, CA.
