Colin Mahar

Born in NYC, raised in Montréal Québec, educated in Literature at McGill University, and Poetry and Poetics at The New College of California in San Francisco. Spent 15 years in Paris working as a poet, musician, teacher, translator, ad-man and chef, 5 years running an art gallery in East Hampton, and 5 years in New York City, waiting tables, teaching, having adventures in love and art. Now living in Napa, California and working as Head Waiter at the Culinary Institute of America, Copia.
