I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Graduate Division of Religion at Emory University. My research interests include Indian and Tibetan Buddhism, Buddhist philosophy, and digital humanities.
My primary interest is in the Sakya tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. My dissertation research is focused on the Sakyapa scholar Gorampa Sonam Senge and his view of the relationship between conceptual thought and nonconceptuality, as articulated in his text, dbu ma'i spyi don.
When I'm not studying Buddhism, I'm usually either brewing beer, riding a bicycle, or playing the banjo.
