Head up Marketing for Phorest SaaS; my B2B role is to work with the CEO and sales team by generating and nurturing leads and inbound interest in our software through a spectrum of online and offline channels in Europe. One short-term goal... growth. One longterm vision... to have one million salons using Phorest's software (25% of global market).

The other side of my role is B2C in helping salon owners achieve profit and growth by working with the dev team to create in-product marketing features inc. social media and iPhone integration for hair and beauty salons.

I also help salon owners devise marketing tactics and plans inc. 'retention marketing' i.e. growing your salon by increasing average spend, frequency of visits and as a result referrals, not by chasing new clients directly.

You'll find me sharing retention marketing tips on stage at beauty and hair tradeshows in the UK; through the Phorest blog, Twitter account and Facebook page.

On a peronsal note, I'm a proud capitalist high on ambition with a serious distaste for self-pity and self-entitlment.
