Localization Manager, Social Media Manager, and Translator in New York

Hi! I'm Coralie. I currently live in New York City where I moved from Paris a few years ago. Before starting freelancing in 2016, I had been working for Digital Media and Tech companies for 9 years, launching social media channels and quality brand content focused on user engagement for Lonely Planet France, the Pompidou Center/Paris Modern Art Museum, Meetup and Liligo.com. I'm also a specialist of software localization and internationalization processes, which I've implemented for Liligo.com and more intensively for Meetup.

In my free time, I love discovering other places, people, cultures and languages. I grew up in the Loire Valley in France, lived most of my life in or near Paris, 3 years in Budapest, 1 in the Caribbean. I have couchsurfed at people's places, hosted them, took a lot of trains, planes and buses. The most incredible trip I took was the Trans-Mongolian railway in 2012 from Saint-Petersburg to Beijing. I also have great memories of trips to Japan, South America and Eastern Europe. When I'm not travelling, I like biking around, exploring the city, cooking delicious meals and listening to electronic music with my husband and friends —at home.
