I am a fearless communication ninja, social media maestro, brand expert and curation specialist with a chronic food and music habit.

My marketing and content background includes work for national brands such as Browns Socialhouse, Daily Hive (formerly Vancity Buzz), Thrillist, FRANK151 and the CBC, as well as a stint teaching Online Presence and Social Media at Vancouver Film School and Vancouver Community College.

My music programming background includes two stints as the music director for JACK 96.9 Vancouver, 40+ custom playlists for Songza/Google Play, music system curation for Browns Restaurant Group and my own restaurant music consulting business, Sounds Delicious.

I am constantly learning, listening, dreaming and experimenting and believe that if we all followed our passions the world would be a better (and cooler) place.

FUN FACTS: I co-produced the weekend mixshow on the 2015 Canadian Radio Station of the Year, Toronto's INDIE88, appeared on an episode of Eat St. and spent a year living in Taiwan.
