I’ve played bass for over 35 years. I’ve been a web guy almost 20. So I combined those two passions in 2009 and formed No Treble, the leading online magazine for bass players.

From 2005 until 2014, I was the COO of Squidoo, the popular recommendation engine I cofounded with Seth Godin.

I live in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley in Virginia. Because when you work on the web, you can choose to live anywhere.

I tinker, but mostly I try to instigate daily.
