Courtney King Attorney

Courtney King, attorney at law, represents clients in employment and labor law matters as an associate attorney at Ice Miller, LLP, in Indianapolis, Indiana. A member of the American Bar Association and the National Bar Association, Courtney King received her juris doctor from University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where she served as a student lawyer at the University of Louisville Law Clinic and as the executive vice president of the Black Law Students Association.

Ms. King specializes in legal matters regarding the Americans with Disabilities Acts, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. She is also experienced with matters regarding Title VII of the Civil Rights Act on 1964. Additionally, she conducts reviews to ensure compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. Further, she appears in administrative proceedings before human rights agencies and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Outside of work as a lawyer, Ms. King remains dedicated to her local community and she serves on the board of directors of AYS, Inc., a local organization that provides high-quality educational after-school programs to children in the area.
