I am user experience professional that has been designing for the web for over a decade. I specializes in user experience strategy, user experience design, information architecture, interaction design, usability, user research and graphic design.

I have created web & mobile experiences for some of the top companies & institutions including The Ohio State University, Progressive Insurance, American Greetings, Sherwin-Williams, Eaton, The Cleveland Clinic, Moen, Smuckers and others.

In addition I also run my own my design & strategy studio where for over 15 years I have helped small businesses realize that one of their most powerful assets, their website, can actually being doing so much for them. Educating and calming their fears of the unknown while empowering them to do something great.
