Craig Ross has been a part of RLabs since its inception in 2007. He is passionate about spreading the gospel of community empowerment through technology as it is technology that has left a footprint through his personal journey from the streets of the Cape Flats. He is a graduate of the world’s first Social Media for Social Change training course. Subsequently he has also completed four on-line courses with GetSmarter, UCT, namely Small Business Management, Online Marketing, Internet Super User and Business Writing. At RLabs he is responsible for operations and the development of ideas to into practical innovation. Craig is also the founder of Digital Factory, a startup within RLabs. Digital Factory develops online media strategies and consults on organizational social media. Craig has a natural curiosity that allows him to always bring new ideas to the table. In 2011, Craig was recognized by Mail & Guardian as one of the Top 200 Young South Africans. When outside the office Craig volunteer some of his time to an origination Impact Direct Ministries. Craig also enjoys playing football, loves the outdoors and hanging out with friends.
