I have been doing IA and UX design for 15+ years. In 2009 I (re)joined the UX team at ProQuest, where I've worked on agile user experience team to help design the ProQuest search interface and Serials Solutions Intota. Formerly, I was a Senior Information Architect at Enlighten, where I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful user experiences for brand sites such as TCS and Pittsburgh Paints. I got my start as an IA at Argus Associates after working as a reference librarian in a public library.
