I am a filmmaker, journalist, program manager, and educator focused on bringing social issues to life. I have expertise in storytelling and communications, with a knack for breaking down complex policy and science for general audiences.
I often work at the intersection of food, health, and sustainability, which has included directing films and designing programs for K-12 classrooms and the Navy. I have also worked as a holistic health coach with individual clients to develop healthier and more fulfilling lives.
I spend my free time on farms, cooking, and exploring the incredible surroundings of my new home - the Bay Area.
